Each user is only permitted to register one (1) matbet account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the blocking of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for keeping your matbet account password confidential. matbet will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact matbet support immediately.
Matbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, Passport, utility bill, or bank statement in your name. This process forms part of our mandatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Matbet offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and the specific terms set for each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.
New matbet members are eligible for a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to a maximum of RM 1,500 for the first deposit. The wagering requirement is 30x the total amount (deposit + bonus). The bonus must be used within 30 days from the date it is credited.
Example: Deposit RM 100 + Bonus RM 150 = RM 250. Wagering requirement = RM 250 × 30 = RM 7,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
