Account & Registration

Registering with matbet is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" at the top right corner of the matbet website, fill in your personal details (full name as per MyKad, email, Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and state), create a secure password, then verify your phone number with an OTP code. Your matbet account will be active immediately after verification. Visit the Register to begin the process.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at matbet. This is a legal requirement that matbet fully complies with. All new members are required to verify their age through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and submit a valid proof of identity such as a Malaysian MyKad when requested.

No. matbet only permits one active account per individual. Owning more than one matbet account is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld. If you have forgotten your existing account login credentials, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact matbet support 24/7.

Log in to your matbet account and go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm. Changes take effect immediately. If you are unable to log in, click "Forgot Password" on the Log In to reset it via your registered email or phone number.

A matbet account may be suspended for several reasons: repeated failed login attempts (automatic account lock after 5 attempts), incomplete KYC verification, suspicious activity or a breach of our Terms & Conditions, or a self-exclusion request that you activated yourself. Contact matbet's 24/7 support with your username for an immediate investigation.
Deposits & Payments

matbet accepts all major Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow (instant, 24/7), FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat), Boost and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in under 1 minute with no additional fees from matbet.

The minimum deposit at matbet is RM30 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by method: DuitNow and FPX up to RM50,000 per transaction, Touch 'n Go eWallet up to your eWallet balance limit (RM3,000 for standard accounts, RM20,000 for premium accounts), GrabPay up to RM10,000 per day. Contact matbet support if you require higher limits for your VIP account.

If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please:
1. Check your bank statement or eWallet to confirm that the funds have been deducted.
2. Save proof of your transaction (screenshot or transaction reference).
3. Contact matbet's 24/7 support via live chat and include your transaction reference number.

We will resolve the issue within 15 to 60 minutes once supporting documents have been submitted.

matbet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You only pay the amount you deposit. However, some payment providers such as banks or eWallet operators may charge a small fee – these are third-party charges beyond matbet's control. All deposits are credited in full to your matbet account balance with no deductions.
Withdrawals & Winnings

matbet processes withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have passed KYC verification. Withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go are typically the fastest. In certain cases (such as security checks for large amounts), processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals can be made 24/7, including weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

The minimum withdrawal amount at matbet is RM50. Maximum limits depend on your account tier: standard members may withdraw up to RM10,000 per day, Silver members up to RM30,000 per day, and Gold & VIP members up to RM100,000 per day. If you need to withdraw above the daily limit, please contact your matbet VIP account manager.

A matbet withdrawal request may be held for review for several reasons: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, KYC verification is incomplete, bonus withdrawal requirements have not been met, or the system has flagged activity that requires additional security review. Check the "Active Promotions" section in your matbet account to see if there are any pending wagering requirements.

matbet does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, if you make more than 3 withdrawals within 24 hours, the 4th withdrawal onwards may incur a small processing fee of RM2 per transaction. Your first withdrawal each day is free with no limit. matbet uses MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) for all transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions

The matbet Welcome Bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example: deposit RM100, receive RM150 bonus – your account balance instantly becomes RM250. This bonus credited automatically after your first deposit is confirmed. The wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount and must be fulfilled within 30 days. The bonus can be used across all game types at matbet.

Wagering requirements mean you need to placing a specified amount in bets before your bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. Example: receiving a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling RM3,000 (RM100 × 30) in total. This is calculated from all bets placed at matbet – football, slots, live casino, or blackjack. Your progress is displayed on your matbet account dashboard.

Your matbet bonus may not have been credited because: deposit does not meet the minimum amount set for that promotion, you did not opt in before depositing, you have an existing active bonus that has not been cleared, or you used a promotion that has already expired. Check the terms of each promotion on the Promotions matbet. If the issue persists, contact matbet support within 24 hours of making the deposit.
